NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19To do our part in supporting community health and in compliance with the Governor of Washington State's Proclamation, our office is suspending all non-essential dental care through May 18, 2020.
We are still available for emergency services Monday through Thursday. We are contacting each patient scheduled over the coming weeks to discuss their appointment and reschedule you to a future date.
Thank you for your understanding, and we wish everyone health during this stressful time.
If you have questions or are experiencing a dental emergency please call us at 509-525-9474 and we will respond in a timely manner.
We look forward to seeing all of our lovely patients in person again soon!
Sincerely, Dr. Patrick Sharkey, Dr. Patty Martin, and Dr. Kimberly Murdoch
In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care, we offer our patients a variety of payment options. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion, simplify insurance claims, and provide more thorough coverage for our patients.
We accept the following forms of payment:
InsuranceYou are directly responsible to our office for payment of treatment. As a courtesy, we accept assignment of benefit payments from your insurance company. This will reduce your immediate out-of-pocket expenditures. We will do our upmost to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
Alder Family Dental in in-network with the following insurance plans. However, we do accept most all PPO insurance plans with co-pays being the same or marginally different for plans we are not in-network with.
The insurance estimates we give you are based upon limited information obtained from your insurance company. If we need more detailed information on your benefits in order to file your claim, you will need to provide that to our team. Insurance companies calculate their payment on the contract signed with your employer, not on the doctor’s fees. Our office will not file an insurance claim which falsifies dates of treatment, fees charged, treatment performed, or any other information.
Cancellation PolicyWe realize that emergencies can occur. Should an unforeseen situation prevent you from making a pre-arranged appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. This allows us to serve you and our other patients to the best of our abilities.
Appointments that are missed or changed at the last minute are then unavailable to other patients who need appointments. Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment within 24 hours more than once will result in a dismissal from our office.
Thank you for taking the time to read and understand our financial options. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have with our front desk team. We look forward to providing you with the highest level of professional care possible!
